• Gift Vouchers are valid for thirty-six (36) months from the date of purchase (applies to all gift certificates purchased after 31 March 2018).

 

• The thirty-six month expiry does not apply to donated Gift Vouchers and expiry dates will be issued at our discretion.

 

• Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.

 

• You can exchange the service on your Gift Voucher with another service of equal value but you need to let us know at the time of booking.

 

• If the value of your treatment is less than the value of your Gift Voucher, the balance will remain in your account for later use.

 

• If a spa package is purchased as a Gift Voucher and if in the next three years our prices increase, the Gift Voucher will be valid for the dollar value, or price paid for the treatment package, at the time of purchase. The Gift Voucher will go towards the full value of the service at the time of booking and the recipient pay the difference by cash or credit card.

 

• If a specific salon treatment/s is/are purchased as a Gift Voucher and if in the next three years our prices increase, the gift certificate will be valid for the dollar value, or price paid for the treatments, at the time of purchase. The Gift Voucher will go towards the full value of the service at the time of booking and the recipient pay the difference by cash or credit card.​​
