How to Book a Pamper Party
Follow these simple steps to book a stress free, amazing and relaxing pamper party experience for you and your guests celebrating your special occasion.

If you haven’t found your ideal Au Naturalé pamper party package you are welcome to customise your package to create your perfect party. Create your own mix and match pampering treatment package, tailored for you and your guests, by choosing a combination of 15 minute and 30 minute pamper treatments to best suit your event.
However, if you have something specific in mind we would be happy to discuss and customise a bespoke pamper party package solution to suit you and your guests requirements.
Alternatively you and your guests are welcome to create your own package by choosing individual treatments from our mobile treatments menu.

Please fill in our ‘Request a Date’ enquiry form and we will be in contact within 24 hours.
Please note: We require a minimum booking of two (2) hours for an Au Naturalé Pamper Party.
Reserve your date
Once we have received your ‘Request a Date Enquiry Form’, we will check our therapist’s availability. We will then send an email confirming if our therapist is available on your preferred date.
After we confirm availability, a deposit of $100.00 is required to secure a party time and date and this amount comes off the total cost of the pamper party. This is a non-refundable deposit only transferable to another date and time providing the rescheduled date and time is available. This amount will be deducted off the final amount payable for the booking.
A deposit of $100.00 must be paid within two (2) weeks of notifying Au Naturalé Salon and Mobile Beauty of your booking.
If your deposit is not received within the first two (2) weeks of your request, your date will not be held and allocated to another party interested in the same date.
The deposit can be paid
Over the phone by credit or debit card.
Direct deposit to our business bank account. Please contact us so we can provide the account details to you.
After we receive the deposit, your booking is confirmed and we secure our qualified therapist, Pamela, for your chosen date.
Once we have received a deposit we will email to you
A menu of pamper party package treatments you have chosen.
Only applicable if you have chosen the Pure Bliss Pamper Package 30 minute treatments or Your Choice Pamper Package treatments.
A ‘Pamper Party Treatment Selection’ form for your guests so they can choose in advance what treatment they would like to receive. This form is to be returned two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Mini Pamper Package 15 minutes treatments can be selected on the day of the event by guests who have chosen to have a treatment.
We will email to the hostess a pre-arranged treatments schedule for the day to make sure everything runs smoothly at the party.

Send out your invitations
Send your invitations to all your guests together with a menu of the pamper parties treatments you have chosen, so everyone can choose their treatments in advance (applicable only for Pure Bliss Pamper Package 30 minute treatments and Your Choice Pamper Package treatments).
Pay the balance
A Tax Invoice showing the total cost of the party, less the deposit paid and the balance owing will be emailed to the event hostess once the deposit has been received.
Once the number of guests are confirmed and you have received the final Tax Invoice, we are unable to deduct payments for guests who are absent on the day of the event.
The amount owing on the Tax Invoice must be paid in cash before our therapist leaves your premises on the day.
