COVID-19 Response

As the health and safety of clients is our number one priority, we need your help to protect you, our clients and our staff. We kindly request that you please support us in adhering to the salon entry guidelines below. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Sanitise
Upon arrival and before leaving the premises, our staff will provide sanitiser for your hands prior to entering and leaving the treatment room.

 

Client Health Screening Questionnaire
Before each appointment a client Health Screening Questionnaire must be completed before the commencement of any treatment.

 

Cold and Flu Symptoms
You must reschedule your appointment if you have a cold, or flu-like symptoms. These include, fever, sniffling, sneezing and/or coughing, shortness of breath, or taking care of someone who's sick or close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if you are showing these symptoms.

 

Salon Protocol

We will continue to practice sanitation standards as enforced by the NSW Health Department. As previously done, we will wash and sanitise our hands before and after each treatment, wash towels and other non-disposable items used in treatments between each client. Additionally, we will wear disposable gloves, disposable gowns and face masks for all treatments; sanitise all surfaces and high-touch areas between each client.
