Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, bookings are essential. To book an appointment, phone us on 02-4628 6746 or complete our online enquiries form and we will be in contact within 24 hours.
Is parking available?
Yes, for your convenience on-site parking is available right outside our front door, away from shopping centres and Campbelltown CBD.
What payment methods are available in the salon?
Payment can be made in cash, debit or credit card.
What can I expect when I visit your salon?
If you are a first time client you will be required to fill out a consultation form. The therapist will discuss your main concerns that you wish to address during the treatment and determine if the selected treatment is appropriate for you. On the consultation form, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, telephone number and physical address. We keep your name and address details in a secure area of our server.
I have young children, will that be a problem?
Please note that it is essential that alternative childcare arrangements be made for any treatment. We want to ensure that you are able to relax and immerse yourself during your pampering session.
Do I need to tell you that I am pregnant?
Yes, please make sure you inform us if you are pregnant, especially in the first trimester due to contraindications. We will try to recommend alternative treatments.
What if I need to cancel or re-schedule my appointment?
We understand that your plans may change. However, we would appreciate at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointed time, otherwise, you may forfeit your 50% deposit.
I received a Gift Certificate. How do I redeem it?
You can contact us to redeem your Gift Certificate.
Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for money.
You can exchange the service on your gift voucher with another service of equal value but you need to let us know at the time of booking.
If the value of your treatment is less than the value of your Gift Certificate, the balance will remain in your account for later use.

How do I make payment for services booked online?
We require full payment for all bookings online. We accept Visa or Mastercard at time of booking. The balance may be paid by card or cash at the time of the treatment.
Do you offer a loyalty discount?
Yes we do. After 10 treatments the client will receive 10% off their next treatment. Terms and conditions: the loyalty card is valid only for in-salon treatments over the value of $20.00. Cannot be used in conjunction with product purchases, spa pamper packages, other packages or special offers.
Do you offer refer-a-friend discounts?
Yes we do. A new client who has been referred by an existing client will receive $10.00 off the price of their first appointment. The existing client who referred the new client will also receive $10.00 off their next appointment. Terms and conditions: this offer is only available on the first treatment for the new client only, and next service of the existing client.
