Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking, whether you book online or over the phone, to secure your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, and online payments can also be made via PayPal.

Yes, we offer convenient on-site parking right outside our front door, located away from busy shopping centres and the Campbelltown CBD.
As a first-time client, you will be asked to complete a consultation form. During your visit, Pamela will review your main concerns and determine the most appropriate treatment to address them. This helps ensure that the selected treatment is tailored to your needs. The consultation form will include fields for your name, email address, phone number and address. Rest assured, all personal information is securely stored to protect your privacy.
The allow times for treatments are estimated durations that account for arrival, client consultation, and the treatment itself. These times are approximate and may vary slightly depending on individual circumstances.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur or that your plans may change. However, we would appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointed time, otherwise, you may forfeit your deposit.
Please try to arrive on time for your appointment, as another client will be scheduled after you. While we will always strive to complete as much as your treatment as possible within the allotted time, a late arrival will unfortunately shorten the duration of your treatment. To ensure our schedule remains on time and to avoid inconveniencing the next client, your treatment must conclude at the originally scheduled time.
Payments for any outstanding balances can be made via cash, bank transfer, or debit/credit card. Please note that a 1.9% surcharge applies to payments made by credit or debit card.
To redeem an Au Naturale Beauty Salon digital gift voucher when booking online, simply enter the voucher details during the booking process. Instructions for completing this process are provided on the online booking page of our website. Physical gift vouchers purchased from the salon may be redeemed by contacting Pamela on 0493 041 057 at the time of booking your appointment.
We kindly ask that you make alternative childcare arrangements for your appointment. Our salon operates on a one-on-one basis and does not have the space to safely accommodate children during treatments.
Yes, we do. After completing 10 treatments, clients will receive 10% off their next treatment.

Absolutely! When you refer a new client, they will get $10.00 off their first appointment, and you will receive $10.00 off your next one. You can refer as many family and friends as you like and enjoy a $10.00 discount for each successful referral.
