Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Should you require such changes, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled treatment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and arrange a new appointment for you. However, failing to provide this notice or missing your appointment without prior notification will unfortunately result in the forfeit of any deposits or gift vouchers. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to us having to decline your appointment due to the effect it will have on subsequent bookings after yours. In such cases, you may still be charged the booking fee.
